General Terms of Use – Agreement with the customer and website visitor

The “website” aeliaboutique.gr which operates as the official e-shop of the “company” “NINOS DIMITRIOS”, with tax registration number: 142752621, and tax office of Piraeus, and is located in Milos, Plaka, Greece. By visiting this “website” and or interacting in any way with it (purchases, orders, etc.), the following terms of use apply. Furthermore, the purpose of these pages is to inform you about your rights and obligations when searching for products or services, about the order, about the shipping policy and about a possible return. Our “company” reserves the right to amend the terms of use of the “website“, as well as the terms of the agreement with customers and website visitors, without any warning, by simply posting them on our “website“. The new amended terms will become effective after their posting on the website and it’s the sole responsibility of all customers and visitors to review and decide if they wish to continue using our “website” or leave. You agree that, by using this “website” and as a result any services and features offered throughout, you are over 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. All transactions made ​​through our “website” are governed by the Greek law.

Shipping Information

Prices, which can be seen under each product, include tax (value added tax). All charges are described in the last step of the order. Our “company” reserves the right to change the prices anytime. The price changes don’t affect the orders already made, unless the change in price is due to a change in the VAT rate. Following your order, you will receive an automatic email with your order confirmation. If you have any objections or questions to it, please contact us at info@aeliaboutique.com. If a product is not available at the time of the order, we will notify you by e-mail or phone. If any of the products are not immediately available, the waiting time may be between 5 to 10 working days. Shipping in Greece
The products are shipped in 1 to 3 working days since the day of the order. The shipping cost is free for all orders made and delivered within Greece. Cash on delivery (COD) is available for all orders made and delivered within Greece. The deliveries take place during working days, from Monday to Friday.
Shipping in Cyprus
Low-cost shipments to Cyprus with delivery within 7 working days* (for delivery to remote areas the time might extend up to 4 working days). *shipment every Thursday For Cyprus, shipping is free of charge for all orders over €200. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available.
Shipping – International
All international shipments are forwarded via a network of “G.T.” partners, which are chosen according to destination and specialties of each shipment, in order to satisfy customers needs. “G.T.” competitive delivery times are based on the fastest and most economic solutions available, which are accomplished through the partnership of “G.T.” with the largest international companies. For European Union shipments “G.T.” offers “Economy” service, by forwarding shipments through “G.T.”‘s hub in Düsseldorf, Germany. The orders abroad are normally delivered within 1-7 days since the day of the order, depending on the destination country. The delivery time is indicative, it concerns working days and it is calculated by the arrival in the destination country. The time of the customs clearance is not included in the time of the delivery. Extra charge may apply depending the country of delivery; our “company” cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and it is recommended that you search if any local charges apply before placing your orders. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available.
Force Majeure
Our “company” cannot be held responsible in case of a delivery failure, within the predetermined time, due to events based on force majeure. Our “company” will notify you for any delays as such, by e-mail or by phone.

Payment Options

Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.)
C.O.D. is available as a payment option for orders shipped in Greece. There is no additional charge for using this service.
PayPal
Paypal is available for all orders. You can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account. Learn more about secure online payments here https://www.paypal.com.
Bank Transfer
Bank transfer is available for all orders. Make your payment directly into our bank account. Chose between Alpha Bank / Eurobank / Piraeus Bank. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Return Policy

If you have not received your order within thirty (30) days (counting from the day order was created), you have the right to ask for a withdraw. Furthermore, in compliance with the applicable law, you have the right to an unexplained withdrawal, with a full money refund, or exchange, within 14 calendar days since the day of the delivery, as per date seen on the receipt, and if following conditions are met:
  • The product(s) you have purchased was not on sale during the time of purchase
  • Withdrawal request must be submitted within 14 calendar days since the order date (seen on receipt).
  • You must notify us in writing that you are requesting your right to withdraw from our agreement or the right to exchange the product, by submitting and sending a clear notification to the following address: orders@aeliaboutique.gr. As soon as we receive your request for withdrawal, we will contact you for the necessary steps to follow (address to be shared at the time of exchange).
  • Returns must be accompanied with a retail receipt.
  • The product(s) must be returned in its original condition it was received by the customer (only if they haven’t been used) and it must be suitable for sale, as it wasn’t defective from the beginning.
If the above conditions are met, you are free to return the products to our company for replacement or money refund. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to accept the refund. If you have any questions please contact us at (0030) 6972 878 351. We also note that:
  • We reserve the right to reject returns of products which haven’t been returned according to the terms of the return policy which are listed above.
  • The customer has always the responsibility for the shipping of the products to our company, including the coverage of shipping charges. The products, which are returned, must be sent to us within 14 calendar days, without delay, no matter what happens, since the day you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract.
  • In case of any defect of the product or error of our company, we will fully refund your money, corresponding to the value of your order, as well as to the cost of the shipping and return.
  • If, however, a defect of the product hasn’t occurred or any fault on the part of our company, only the amount of the money corresponding to the value of the product is returned and the return cost is borne exclusively by the customer.
  • Your money refunds will be accomplished ​​within 14 days since your withdrawal notice was sent and once the products have been returned to us. We have the right to withhold the money refund until we receive the products back or until you provide evidence that you sent the products back to us (whichever occurs first). We will carry out the money refund using the same payment means that you used on the first transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. According to the above-mentioned, you won’t be charged the expenses for the refund.
